Today I toured an Amazon fulfillment center and followed a package’s journey from arrival to shipment. I saw how workers and robots coordinate at every stage—from scanning and stowing, to picking, packing, and labeling. What impressed me most wasn’t just the technology, but how people were still at the center of it all. Workers could voice concerns through the VOICE platform and see real changes made in response.
