A personal project by Ishaan Mishra
For 30 days, I challenged myself to try one new thing each day. Some were small, like brushing my teeth with my left hand or making my bed every morning. Others pushed me way outside my comfort zone, like doing stand-up comedy or teaching a classroom of 30 kids. I did this to grow—to interrupt my routines, test my limits, and learn more about how I respond to discomfort. Each day taught me something about myself, and by the end, I realized that real growth often starts with doing what feels unfamiliar.
