June 10: Brush My Teeth with the Opposite Hand

Today I brushed my teeth with my left hand. It felt awkward and slow, and I had to really focus. What’s usually automatic suddenly needed full attention. I learned that small changes can wake you up to how much of life we move through without noticing.
