Today I started my morning with meditation. I sat quietly for ten minutes, focusing on my breath. My mind wandered a lot at first, but by the end, I felt more grounded. The rest of the day moved slower, but in a calm and steady way.

Today I stayed off my phone completely. No calls, no messages, no camera. I felt disconnected at first but eventually more present. I noticed conversations better, and time felt slower—in a good way.

Today I did 10 small acts of kindness. Holding doors, carrying groceries, writing a thank you note, and even picking up trash. None of them took much time, but together they made the day feel meaningful. I learned that kindness doesn’t need to be big to matter. It just needs to be consistent.
